- LocalGrowth acts as a Data Processor, processing personal data only on our clients’ instructions

On behalf of our clients, we may process:

We do not sell or use this data for our own marketing purposes.
How data is used

- Send feedback requests via email, SMS or WhatsApp
- Collect customer feedback after a service experience

- Share private feedback with our clients
- Respond to public reviews on behalf of our clients
- Repurpose publicly available reviews for client websites and social media (with minimal personal data)
Lawful basis
Our clients confirm that they have a lawful basis (typically legitimate interest) to share customer data with us for feedback and review purposes.
Data retention
- Customer contact data is retained only for as long as required to provide our services
- Feedback and review records are stored securely and deleted when no longer needed
- Public review content may be retained for marketing and reporting purposes

Sub-processors
We use trusted third-party platforms for:

We will promptly notify the relevant client (Data Controller) and assist them in fulfilling the request within GDPR timeframes.
